Sarah is an experienced General Counsel lawyer with 20 years PQE and a proven track record of delivery in a wide variety of international roles in the energy sector. Her specialist experience in devising integrated strategies facilitate the delivery of full life cycle projects. From complex contract negotiations to onsite contract management she contributes best practice and industry specific experience that allows her to deliver business objectives. She is proactive, creative and pragmatic with a reputation for creating successful relationships with stakeholders.

Edward is an experienced and commercially focused project manager with Top 4 accountancy training. He specialises in System Implementation and Business Process Re-Engineering. His Prince2 qualification coupled with considerable knowledge of operational, organisational and business process allows a holistic approach to accountancy projects. His excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills has facilitated integration into clients’ businesses to become a key member of any senior management team.

Paul is a Deloitte qualified FCA with over 25 years PQE and extensive experience of PE backed service companies. He has a thorough knowledge of building shareholder value through growth and acquisition. His commercial acumen is matched by an analytical perspective which allows him to influence at a strategic and operational level. He engages with clients’ business and likes to get into the numbers with a keen eye for detail and best practice which helps to drive process and business change allowing for internal growth and restructure.
